Our KidStrong class is designed to help kids build confidence, strength, and character through a dynamic mix of physical training, mental development, and leadership skills. Attendees can expect a high-energy session that combines age-appropriate strength and agility exercises with mindset coaching and social-emotional development. The class is led by certified KidStrong coaches and is structured to be fun, fast-paced, and highly engaging—giving kids the tools they need to be strong both physically and mentally. Whether a child is outgoing or a little more reserved, they’ll be supported, challenged, and encouraged every step of the way.
